Interview
Very easy, basic interview and behavioural questions which you hear often. I wouldn't be nervous or worried about it. The interviewing staff are always nice and the answers dont need to be lenghty just enough to cover the basics for example tell me a time when you helped a customer in a difficult situation

Interview
Very basic and laid back. No real structure, discussed some recent (not relevant) experience. Relaxed and pleasant interviewer and interview process overall. No need for excessive prep work, just be yourself and be honest as the work is phone-based, so not for everyone.
