Interview
I put my resume on carer builder and received a call that Sunday. My first impression was that this is a dedicated company since i received the call Sunday evening. I was then asked about my job history and about myself. She then scheduled a phone interview for the next day. I was asked to come in for an in person interview that following Tuesday. I met with a district manager and at the end of the interview was asked if I could meet with another district manager at the corporate office on that Saturday. The interview process went smooth and I was informed at each step.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
