Phone screen to start, followed by in person interview. Very casual back and forth conversation. Information about the position and company culture. Very nice, honest and down to earth people.

Phone interview before Zoom then in person interview with senior advisors to see if you’re a fit. Then some personality questions. Not very technical focused. Overall average experience. Very good team environment.
