3 step process: phone screen, onsite interview (3-4 panelists, one per hour), and virtual interviews as needed (additional 1hr/panelist). end to end took around 4 weeks for final decision. Fairly streamlined process and I was able to work with the same 2 HR team members who helped introduce and schedule everything for me.

3. walk me through a time you solved for x-problem (this one was specific to team regarding workforce management)
4. tell me about a time you dealt with conflict on a team.
5. additional questions about my resume, such as why my previous experience mattered for the role.
