Interview process was very smooth. It consisted first of a screening interview, then two interviews with managers, then an interview with the VP of the department. The questions were situational to determine how I would deal with specific problems, then personality questions.

First round with VP was smooth and genuine. Second round with SVP was very unorganized and vague. SVP did not seem to know the job duties and responsibilities for the analyst role, and described the responsibilities vaguely. No questions were prepared, made it feel like i was interviewing the hiring manager.
