Very casual and relaxed. The interview process had two parts, one with the director and then another with the team manager. Mostly the focus is on whether you are a good fit for the team as the company is very small. For this role, there is also a focus on whether you are interested to learn as much as possible about European student living.

Interview
The interview lasted around an hour, I was interviewed by the Manager of the organisation and also the Event manager. They were both very professional and friendly at the same time. Very direct questions. Helps a lot if you go completely prepared and read a lot about their activities.
