The Claremont Colleges interview questions

Great, interactive and really nice group of people. I had a meeting with the arts school and I think they were going to phase out soon but will offer an extension if needed.

There was a skills test done during the interview process to check on computer knowledge. There was also a group panel interview with three staff members present asking basic interview questions. They were very informative about the position, required tasks for the position.
