The Cincinnati Insurance Company interview questions

Lengthy process taking 6-7 weeks. First round was phone screening with hiring manager. Very casual with both sides feeling each other out. Next round was a few weeks later and was 3-person virtual interview with management. Still informal but not bad. Final round was at HQ with senior leadership. More formal and in-depth with scripted questions specific to collaboration, data driven expertise and technical skillset. Everyone was warm and easy to talk either. Process did seem to drag on. Verbal offer came 2.5 weeks after last in person interview. Offer was good, but I had separate better offer from competitor. I, otherwise, would have accepted.

Typical HR pre screening. Some cognitive tests. Interview process is fairly informal after that. Just getting to know you. Be prepared for a long, but casual, conversation that will gauge more you as a person and your ability to communicate. Interview process can vary drastically by region.
