Interview
I had the recruiter interview and the hiring team interview. The interviewers are friendly and it feels like a conversation. The hiring team ask questions to evaluate the technical competency, the problem solving ability and cultural fit through behavioral, situational and technical.
3 interviews with varying levels of management, took about 1.5 months total before offer. Time between interviews 2 and 3 was about 3 weeks. All standard interview questions. All were virtual.
