Apply online and then wait... and wait... and wait. The recruiter will call eventually (you may have forgotten that you applied). They will have you come in for an interview. Dress professionally. You will speak with the recruiter who will go over a few particulars, such as the company, benefits offered, etc. They will then take you to the actual interviewer (they would likely be who you report to if hired). That person will go over the expectations of the position and then ask you to tell them about a time when...

Pretty average, the supervisor interviewing me was dressed very casually. The interview was with the supervisor and the lead on the team, but the interview was mostly lead by the supervisor.
