Only behavioral questions were asked - the person who wasn't even part of the department interviewed me and didn't know anything about the position. Steps: Application, assessment, blitz style interview, background check/drug test, offer by email. The background check takes a really long time - and depending on what's going on you may not even hear back until the 6th week of training.
