Applied and in 1 week had a recruiter reach out to schedule the initial phone interview to which they offered dates of when they could speak and then did not reply by those offered dates to confirm the call. Finally had the interview. You must take a computer assessment and then you get sent to another person to schedule the interview. Interview was all start questions. No one turns on the video but you. Followed up with the recruiter and ended up getting ghosted.

Interview
The process went smooth from initial phone contact them on to the virtual interview with a panel of 3. Cameras were off. Questions were situational. 1 clinical and about 5 behavioral/smart questions. The interview was very dry and uninviting. It felt more like interrogation with only one person speaking and the other 2 in the background listening. Took approximately 30 minutes. I was so glad when it was over. Took a month to let me know they chose another candidate.

Emails, blind ad, resume submission, phone call interviewing with HR then met with the nurse manager to discuss the position. Spoke with Human Resources to discuss details, when I was available for hire, salary discussions then formal offer made.
