Interview
It is a video interview about 30-40 min long. They also ask questions about work history and situational questions example "tell me about a time" questions. Very nice and attentive to other questions and concerns as well.
The interviews are group led and situational questions. Research the company and general questions and you should be okay. I believe I had three people who were in the room at the interview.

Interview
Claims manager called me interviewed me over the phone. The questions were broad in which covered a lot of ground, professionally, and about your experiences in life that lead you to this type of career. As the manager talked asked questions she also shared information that was pertinent to the job.
