Phone interview, then in person interview about a week later. It wasn't until the in person interview that it was disclosed that they were only hiring for ONE regular Cigna employee and the rest were temporary/contractor positions. Which means you'll have to work for their internal temp agency for 1 year until you're eligible to be hired as a full Cigna employee. This was deceptive and shouldn't be allowed. I don't even believe that the "one" regular position even existed. Anyway, the in person interview was 95% behavioral questions. I was interviewed by 4 people at once. They all took turns asking questions from a sheet of paper. It was awkward. They called a few days later and offered one of the contractor positions and I declined. Same responsibilities and less money? Yeah right.
