2 rounds of interview. If you are a college student, your 1st round interview could be at your college. For the second round, I interviewed at Bloomfield headquarter. Mostly during the day there was a presentation first, introducing the company and the program. After that I did a group challenge to show the ability to work with a group and communicate ideas. Finally I did a presentation to the interviewers about a project I did at school.

Initial screening, then a technical interview, then a day of 3 hours of interviews with other candidates in a group setting. Overall, it was mostly behavioral, with very little technical questions.

It was not difficult, every interviewer said I did well and in the end I did not receive any real feedback about why I did not receive the role. This is what happened.

First round was an interview with HR and a former TECDP associate. Made it to 2nd round, in person superday at the CT headquarters. Technical, behavioral, and group case study.
