The Chocolate Factory interview questions

I was called to do a phone screening out of the blue without being asked if it was a good time to talk. I was basically just asked my past work experience. I have been managing restaurants for more than 10yrs. 5 years as an AGM with a well know sports bar restaurant chain. In the middle of giving my experience i was cut off from speaking to be told I do not have enough FOH experience. The call lasted all of 5min.
