Interview
The company required two separate interviews after an initial phone interview, I assume to weed out unqualified applicants. The two interviews were done a week apart. For the most part, it was a painless process and not a difficult interview. Mostly standard questions that one would expect from a job working with children and mental health.

Interview
Had two interviews about a week apart. In each interviews, they have a list of questions regarding experience and scenarios. Both interviews were relaxed and easy going. Make sure to provide a hard copy of your resume and references because they want that.
