Interview
Applied online. Attached resume and filled out forms. Include two people who are professional references and their current phone numbers. After you answer qualifier questions, you move on to take a timed skills questionaire (math and logical skills). Afterwards, you take a personality exam. I was called by a human two days later with a brief phone screen and I was asked for an in person interview. References will be called

I had three interviews back to back. Easy process, asked about knowledge of position. I interviewed for a restaurant that was opening, so no existing team in place yet. They were doing the initial staffing of the restaurant.

Interview
Their interview process was in depth. They ask alot of personal questions, to get to know your personality. They spent alot of time getting to know about me, which I think is great. They only want the best to represent their company. People who are driven and passionate about serving the public. Overall, this is one of the best companies I've worked for. The training is Intense but it prepares you for their past pace restaurant
