These restaurants never stop hiring. More experience and communicable knowledge of the restaurant business can gain you more clout. More often than not, the interview process starts with a reference from a current employee. Maybe a friend or relative drops your name. Nepotism runs rampant.

The managers are usually busy with a restaurant when you are meant to interview, and ask generic questions about your experience, how many years, front of house or back of house.

During the interview the manager/GM is just going over what to expect from the job, the pay, then ask you whether or not you want the job.

was easy they need cooks so any experience you have will work just make sure you tell them what station you prefer to work in for the position. but overall, the managers are kind and respect hard working individuals
sit in the dining area with the head chef and read your resume, small talk here and there, then asks question about you and your skills, they tell a little bit about the company and how it works around here
