Interview
My interview was scheduled for 5:30. I arrived about 5:15 and checked in to let them know I was there. My interviewer finally came out at 6:15 and we walked around the mall for 10 minutes chatting about my hobbies. She asked me to come back for a follow up two days later. The day of my follow up interview, they called and asked to move it to the next day. In the follow up interview I talked to the General Manager for five minutes before he got pulled away for a conference call and just said, "I'll be quick. You got the job."

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
