It was a fairly straightforward interview by phone. I was asked about why I am interested in the position and they responded with their decision by the end of the interview day.

Just a warning, these guys have a gauntlet of tests for you to take and one of them is the Oxford Capacity Analysis that Scientologists give to potential members. Not sure if they’re aiming to recruit or what, but the whole interview including the online tests took two hours and was exhausting. In addition, I was asked to fill out an in-person application that had me give them way more information than I was comfortable with. I ended up declining the job because the whole thing felt weird. When I looked into vision therapy later, I discovered that the practice is considered kind of scammy. Potential interviewees be warned.
