Applied for position and was asked to take a personality inventory, to which I complied. They reached out and (impersonally) asked me to take a SQL assessment test, which I did. They asked if if I was available for a 20-minute interview and I gave them a time slot. Waited around for an hour then gave up. Pretty sure I’ve been ghosted because that was the last communication I received. No Zoom/Teams link, no follow-up, nothing. My requests for a response were ignored. Very unprofessional. At least they got some free demographic research data from me.

Interview
After two rounds of interviews, I got a form letter from INDEED saying the organization decided not to move forward with my application. I thought maybe it was some kind of clerical error--surely they would at least have the courtesy to contact me themselves? I emailed my interviewer to ask for clarification, and she never responded.

The interview was wonderful and stress free. Thank you to the center for an amazing internship. The center is a great place to work and I recommend it to anyone.
