Overall a straightforward interview with the engineering team and human resources departments, but an off the book interview with the owner. He wants to see if you can think outside the box. Be prepared to be put on the spot with some interesting questions. You will be asked practical knowledge questions about what the industry uses and how it works, so come prepared to talk about retail engineering and some of the materials they use.
