Brief phone screening. 1 hour interview on site with Clinical Director and another Clinician. They asked many thoughtful questions about my experiences and what I hope to gain out of working for their company. They provided good information including a brief tour of the facility, what their goals are with clients and some of the challenges that clinicians face with the population.
