The interview process was efficient. I applied online and that afternoon someone called me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was thorough and gave me good information about the company. The next day, I received a call to schedule an in-person interview. Everything happened in less than a week and was a smooth process. Even the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation (like some interviews do).
