After I submitted my application, I attended an in-person interview. It was a panel interview with 2 interviewers. The questions were mostly competency-based and they were linked to the job description

Quite bland, all technical and logistical problems: describe a time when... etc. Panel was two people, drawn from different sections of the library. All in all lasted about half an hour - forty minutes.
