The interview process felt fairly long and somewhat impersonal. The first round consisted of two case interviews conducted virtually. Because the format was largely one-way and structured, it was difficult to gauge the interviewers’ reactions or read facial expressions, which made the experience feel somewhat robotic.
In the subsequent round, there were two interviews: one focused on a case exercise and the other combined case execution with behavioral questions. While the interviewers were professional, the overall format still felt quite rigid. Throughout the process, it seemed like interviewers were primarily focused on evaluating responses rather than engaging in a more conversational discussion.
Because of the structure and limited interaction, it was sometimes difficult to understand how my answers were being received in real time. As a result, the process felt somewhat one-sided rather than collaborative.
