I applied online. I interviewed at The Boston Beer Company
Interview
The interview was one-way, online. You would receive various questions and have a minuet or so to formulate your answer. Once you have begun each question however, there are no do-overs. I felt like the one-way interview was very awkward, and I did not prefer it. I found it hard to just talk to a computer screen (with your own image looking back) and have no interaction with a real person.
