Very long and too intense for the position you're applying for. I sent my resume and heard back from HR quickly. I then had to submit a video interview. This was awkward because you have to watch yourself answer 3 questions and then submit it. You do not get any redos. Then I had a phone interview with HR. This was probably a month after the video interview. After that I had to meet with the regional manager and district manager for an in person interview. We met at a Starbucks and it lasted for a hour. They asked some odd questions but mostly asked about my previous work experience. Then I got an email a week later saying they are moving forward with other people. I know the next interview was to work with a rep for the day out in the market. Then you meet higher up people in the company for the final interview. It is a bit much to make someone take days off for so many interviews and to draw the process out for 3 months. I am kind of relieved I didn't make it to the next interview. Having to take a whole day off to work for a job you don't have is dumb.

If you're a college grad, they will have you go through 7 interviews. Your last interview , they will fly you out to Boston where you will have a group interview, be prepared with a 30 second elevator pitch. Then they will split you into different rooms individually with different interviewers each having different communication styles to see if you're able to match any comm style.
