I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Boston Beer Company (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Very long process, with multiple rounds, but it was very enjoyable. There were 6 rounds, one being a market ride with. The process really makes the person love the company. If you are a campus recruit you will have an online screening, followed by an in person interview, which if you get moved on from that you will be put on a ride with, with a Brewery Rep. You then have to make a presentation to the District Sales Manager and "romance" a Boston Lager. They final stage of the interview process, is in Boston, at the plant, with Executives. This process was very enjoyable, and I encourage all to apply, it is a great company.

The interview process is lengthy, and you’ll most likely need to travel for some of it. Study the history of the Boston Beer Co, and ask for the job in each interview
