Very simple, not a very selective process, and you start working almost immediately. It was a clean process, then you talk to HR after to get more paperwork and finalize it all.
Asked about my self and two questions about a time I provided good service and a time I failed too and how I fixed it. Didn’t interview with anyone I would be working under. Didn’t even think my answers were good but still got the job
