I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Better Software Company (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Laughable - no structure, no background research. They were throwing spaghetti against the wall to see what stuck. I don't think they even looked at my resume once. They had one poor young guy interviewing people and he seemed like the only person there (on what was the management team) that actually had work to do. They gentlemen that ran one of their other divisions was playing on his phone when I was given a tour of the office.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Better Software Company (Kanata, ON) in May 2016
Interview
It started out with a short tour of the premises, seems like an upbeat, fun place to work, open concept. The recruiter was nice, interview was laid back, informative. There were a few distractions due to the open concept though. In the end I was informed they are not currently hiring but simply being proactive to fill future positions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Better Software Company (Ottawa, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone interview, an interview with the Manager and hiring process, it was great to see that employer wants to know about your personal goals and if you are a curios person, how and what you want to achieve for yourself if you have the opportunity to change processes
