It was very informative, welcoming, and a bit overwhelming due to lack of structure and support after a few days. Overall an okay process, but many things did not happen after it was said they would. Overtime things derailed and everything started to feel off

You star with a preliminarily phone interview followed by a zoom interview. The interview is set up according to your availability. Both interviewers were easy going and not scary to talk to.
