I knew I was moving to Eugene about a year ago, so last August I started looking for future employers and came across this bar by word of mouth. I checked out their website, and loved what I saw, so I decided to shoot them an e-mail about employment. Right off the bat the owner, Thomas, was very responsive and positive, but couldn't promise me anything until the time came where I lived in town. And by golly, when I got into town they called me a week after arriving asking for an informal interview.
