There were 2 stages to my interview, one at the main outlet and the other at another outlet. The hiring manager was friendly, she asked me about my interest and my passions about working with children. I got the answers to most of the questions I had prepared. It was also good to note that they shared training will be provided, this is good because I’ll be able to pick up on the syllabus and structure of each lesson plan/class.
