The interview process was great. The interview panelist of four. This consists of group home manager, I did work with directly after my hire. The Director and deputy director also the HR.

Interview
You will get a call to meet with the hiring manager. If s/he decides to hire you then you will meet with the director as well as the hiring manager. If both decide to hire you then you will be given paperwork to fill out and a long questionaire. After that then you will be required to do a road test with the company vehicle as well as get fingerprinted. Once that is received and you pass it then you will be notified when to come for paid training and certifications.

Interview
Noted my previous experience at other companies in the same field.
What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? When were you in a difficult situation at a former or current job and how did you handle it?
Asked for my availability for scheduling.
Gave me a calendar that had a training schedule; I had to complete one of each training class within a two month period. I would get penalized if I booked a session but didn't show up. Each training was between 1 hour and 6 hours. You get paid for training.
If you are smart enough to finish high school, each training session would last 1-2 hours longer than necessary.
