I applied for the position online. Within 3 days, I received a call and an email. The sender had done his/her work before getting in touch with me, as they tried to match me with a position near my place of residence. A face-to-face interview was arranged. The details of the interview were communicated in an effective manner. On the day of the scheduled interview, a lady by the name of Yvonne greeted me with joy and anticipation at the door. She made me feel welcome and accepted. I was asked to describe myself and I went off tangent. She took us back to the topic and briefed me on the job scope, their expectations, what a typical workday may include, what are the challenges, what are their vision and at no point in time did she made me feel inadequate even though my qualifications and achievements were lacking. She was thorough and clear in her explanation and her sweet personality was like a breath of fresh air in the world of interviewers. She was amazing. I am sure she will find the right match for the position in good time.
