Two stage interview process. If you speak more than one language, it is well received. We touched based on salary and employee perks, as well as general role related questions. There was a odd comment made on performance management and staff retention during peak periods.

There was a first interview and then a second. The second was more in depth on CV and explaining about the company. They were nice and informative about the role, however it seemed like they wanted to fill it very quickly. Sounds like it is a growing business!
