The whole process took less than a week because I already had an existing offer with a different company so they rushed the process. The first interview was the usual screening followed by a panel interview where you do a ppt presentation. It lasted about 2.5 hours.

Applied online, 2 weeks later received a cold call, no recruiter or email giving me a heads up and went straight into a technical interview while I was making breakfast. If you proceed you do a presentation.

Tell me about yourself, and how did you hear about the aerospace corporation
What is the bit error performance of a qpsk system vs a bpsk system, whats the difference? If there is a difference what is it, if they're the same, why are they the same?
Applied online. Got an email to schedule a call. Ended up being a call with the team, including the director and associate director of the department. Technical and specific to radar systems, including chirp, systems design, modulation, antenna design, etc. Also asked about my future career path and aerospace.
