The Adil Group interview questions

Phone Screening for 10 mins mainly asking your background. Followed a team interview after several days lasted around 45mins. The interviewers are friendly and positive and the environment was quite relaxing.

I thought the interview went well until I was asked my age. I told the lady and she said I didn't look it. After that I never heard back from them. Not even a message or email to say anything. I believe I may have been discriminated against due to my age. That was a few months ago and they are still advertising for the role. Sometimes these situations work out for the better. If a person's age rather than experience dictates if you can do a Job effectively, then you are best off not working for a company that deems it important.
