      Human Resources Generalist Interview

      13 Jul 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at That's Good HR

      Interview

I applied for several positions offered through this company with no luck. Nobody bothered to call me for over a year. Then, out of the blue, their office called me one day. I was excited because I thought I was finally getting an opportunity. Nope -- it was to tell me I was barred from employment because of a no-call, no-show. In my line of work, that is simply unacceptable, and not something I would do. They informed me that my no-call, no-show occurred in April of 2017. Not only was I already employed at this time, I had accepted a separate offer. Their system, however, indicated that I did in fact schedule an interview and not show up. I have no record of this, no record of any email confirmation ever being sent to me, nothing. I understand it is a common excuse, but I believe an error in their system caused this. I asked if I could be reconsidered, as this was obviously some sort of misunderstanding, but I was informed that I wasn't welcome back.
