1. Application Screening
The HR team reviews submitted applications and CVs to shortlist candidates whose qualifications best match the role requirements.
2. Initial Interview (HR / Talent Acquisition)
A preliminary interview, usually conducted via phone or video call, to assess the candidate’s background, career motivation, salary expectations, and availability.
Duration: 30–45 minutes
3. Functional Interview / Hiring Manager Interview
A deep-dive conversation with the hiring manager or department lead to assess role-specific skills, past experience, and practical knowledge. May include situational or behavioral questions.
Duration: 45–60 minutes
