Interview
This was one of the rare times that I received a personalised message stating the reason for my rejection.
I was quite keen on working at SaltPay, but unfortunately my application couldn't move ahead since the company has to maintain a 50:50 ratio of EEA/Non-EEA employees as mandated by the Irish Government. So there was nothing I or the hiring team could do about it.
Good thing is that Josef Vavřina from their HR team was extremely transparent and suggested me a timeline as to when would be the right time to apply.
Full credit to Josef for being helpful and prompt with his responses. Recruiters like him deserve huge credit for delivering a smooth experience to candidates.
