Interview
I specifically interviewed for Textron's GSE program.
1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter
2) 30-minute group panel with team's management, they really grill your resume and want to hear all about your engineering projects. They seek people who have passion projects as opposed to classroom assignments, they would always clarify whether something you did was for a class or for fun.
One thing that bothered me was that I got 2 different rejection notices. The first said the position was cancelled, the other said they selected someone else. This ruined the interview experience for me, the lack of transparency.
not too detailed it was easy the interviewer was very pleasant to talk to he asked me question regarding my classes. he further asked me questions regarding my future plans and gave me advise regarding my plans on further studies in Engineering

3 round interview with HR, team lead and branch lead. Everything happens through MS Teams. Some technical questions that are really easy, mostly beginning level electronics. Loved them a lot.

How do you get a resistance where the multimeter reads too low
30-minute recruiter phone screen, in which they review your resume and ask behavioral questions. Final round interview is with a panel of engineering managers and directors, reviewing all of your technical/engineering projects and experiences, also lasts 30 minutes.
