Interview
Got a call for an interview. Agreed on the date and time. They set up your hotel and flight and reimburse you for meals.
Interview started early in the morning. First thing they did was gave us a tour of the plant. Then HR talked about benefits and why you should work for Cessna. Then 1 on 1 interview with candidates, usually with an engineering manager or specialist. Then the HR person took us all to a nice lunch.
Job offer took around 2 weeks.

Interview
Applied and waited for a week for the 1st round interview. It offered practice to record my own response in webcam format before start. Then I had 2 tries to answer 7 questions each. Waited for 2 weeks after and got a 2nd round 30-min interview with a department head and HR senior. Just went through my resume with extra detail request and apologized for not having me fly over Kansas for a tour.

Interview
On-campus interview followed by a phone interview which then led to on-site interviews consisting of 3 panels of 3 working engineers each. Campus interview pretty simple, asked about accomplishments and failures while at school, why pick the location, etc. Phone interview asked for a sample of technical writing and clarified other simple aspects. On-site interviews became somewhat more technical but mainly interested in experience with PCB design and past projects worked on while in school. Also interested in the individual being a well-rounded person.
