There was no Aptitude round. They shortlisted based on our Resume. I had one technical round at first in which he asked questions from C,C++ (polymorphism). And then he asked whether I can write interrupt service routines. I said no. Then he asked me a testing question, which I think I did well. Then he asked me some more questions on some concepts.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Tech University (Lubbock, TX) in Jul 2012
Interview
Online application. One technical and behavioral interview with manager and lead. One last casual interview. The interviews are thorough. You would have to be great in whatever you do. The interviewer try to comfort you before starting the interview. You will feel nice throughout the interview. In my case there were four interviewers. The interviewers were really nice and they asked questions in their area of expertise. The other informal interview was to just a behavioral interview which you don't have to worry about.
