Interview
They asked me several questions. The questions were about my background, my experience, my hobbies, my strengths and weaknesses, different scenarios to solve, and so on. At the end, they asked me if I had any questions.
They ask questions to know if students are available and reliable. Maybe some past problem solving experiences, conflict resolution, or customer service. Students can't work that many hours on campus anyway.
