Interview
I was interviewed and hired on the spot after I turned in my application. I turned it in on a week day when they were slower, which I think was helpful for management. Honestly one of the best jobs I have ever had.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
