Two step process with several different levels of management, the general manager, the FOH manager and the AGM occasionally. The interview process was simple and questions were appropriate for the position.

It was an open Interview. They only asked 9 questions. They printed out my application just before seeing me and barely read it. Asked me some questions of past employment that were evident if they had actually read my application.
