Apply, 3 interviews, fist two with BOH management third is meeting with the owner to confirm employment and welcome you to the company. You fill out all paperwork online. You are emailed with link to complete paperwork and training. orientation dates. you are given uniforms either day of third interview or 1st day of employment.
